Wine & Oenology Analysis

Must and wine analysis and oenological guidance.

Overview

ANALYSIS is run by Chemist-Oenologist Iakovos Polyzos. Alongside our general laboratory work, we offer dedicated support to local winemakers — analysing must and wine and providing the right oenological substances for the best possible maturation. It’s a natural fit for Kefalonia, home of the Robola variety.
